Ambassador Jean Wesley Cazeau Charge d' Affaires of Haiti

The September 2011 guest speakers at the Breakfast meeting was Ambassador Jean Wesley Cazeau who is the Charge d'Affaires of Haiti to the United Nations, since August 2011. He was appointed in February 2003 as Counselor at te Permanent Mission and was later promoted first to Minister Counselor then Ambassador/Deputy Permanent Representative. Ambassador Cazeau holds a Bachelors Degree in political Science and International Relations from the State University of Haiti Institute (INAGHEI) and A Masters Degree from Howard University in Washington DC.
